Anne has developed her professional skills in the areas of research, analytics, and consulting with concentrations in international economic law, international development, and corporate governance. She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to examine developments in international rule of law. As an intake specialist and client advocate at the USF School of Law Investor Justice Clinic, she provided legal assistance to investors with securities-related claims in FINRA arbitration proceedings. Before her lawyering days, Anne worked for Blue Shield of California where she advised employer group clients on health care plan design and utilization. Over the past decade, she has provided advisory research and recommendations on business matters to nonprofits, social enterprises, and international NGOs.
Anne is a professional commercial actor and model, appearing in theater, film, television, industrials, and print. She has trained in acting, voice, music, and dance at American Conservatory Theater, ODC Dance, and Stanford University. Prior to law school, she served as Managing Director of a nonprofit theater company in San Francisco. Upon passing the bar, she worked as a Law Fellow at California Lawyers for the Arts on its Legal Referral Services team.
Anne also has expertise in health policy. She previously worked at San Francisco Health Plan and has extensive experience with employer obligations under local and federal health care law. She oversaw San Francisco City Option, a program established by the City and County of San Francisco that includes Healthy San Francisco.
